My name is Jon Busby and I am a Business Development Director at Epoq Legal. I should also point out that I am not a solicitor.

I engage with solicitors and major brands all day and discuss how technology can be used to deliver legal services.

I think this gives me a good viewpoint on the legal services market and how it is progressing.

This blog is my personal take on events and trends in the legal services sector, especially around the area of document drafting. I am particularly interested in how online technology can empower brands, law firms and their customers. How technology can create a positive customer experience and provide enhanced service delivery whilst protecting margins for law firms.

I passionately believe that solicitors and law firms are part of the future in this market rather than being victims of it.
